I have got Dial Direct Car Insurance. Earlier this year they had a promotion for a TomTom.
I phoned and took up the offer for it. However it never got delivered but I was charged the monthly instalment. Eventually after countless phone calls from me, it was tracked down and delivered almost 3 months late. I then phoned once again to complain of the delay and the fact that I was still charged. To date NOTHING has been done to either wrong the right or even appease me for all of my trouble and the shocking bad service that I experienced.
