I HAVE SO DISAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I GOT FROM CAPITEC TODAY. I HAVE BEEN BANKING THERE FOR YEARS. IVE GOT A NEW MEDICAL AID WHICH REQUIRES PROOF OF BANKING DETAILS. IM NOT REQUESTING A BANKING STATEMENT, JUST A LETTER. I EXPLAINED THE URGENCE OF THIS REQUEST AND THAT I WONT BE ABLE TO GET TO A BRANCH. WHY DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE BRANCH? EVEN IF IT WAS A REQUEST, WHAT CAN BE DONE WITH LETTER CONTAINING JUST MY NAME. THE LETTER DOES NOT HAVE TO CONTACT ANY DETAILS, EG. BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS, IDENTITY NUMBERS, ECT. THIS IS THE MOST IRRITATING. I AM CONSIDERING CHANGING MY BANK.
