Two months ago I cancelled my ABSA Rewards. I physically went into the Cape Gate branch and at the counter I was told to speak to someone over the phone who asked me a few security questions and assured me that the service had been cancelled.
For the past Two months ABSA has taken money off my account for the ABSA Rewards and I am disappointed at the service i received. The unfortunate situation is that i am unable to go into a branch to sort it out as I am unavailable during ABSA's hours.
Such a waste of time and money all because people do not know how to do their jobs
