ABSA Rewards - Not so Rewarding after all

My ABSA Rewards stopped accumulating. I Logged a call and they told me my debit order did not go through R22. I went into the bank an enquired, My one account was closed due to an upgrade to a Platinum account, and ABSA moved all my debit orders to my Platinum account, We applied for rewards, and all was fine, Now a few months down the line all of a sudden the debit order is not paid,? Into the bank, sat there with a consultant 2 hours later, she referred me back to the Rewards people. Lady from the rewards phoned me and asked me what account number should be used for rewards (there is only one my cheque account) eish! Rewards people did not no anything I logged a complaints at the action line 0800414141 Ref 2581932 Paula phoned, she will investigate. I phoned today 30/11/2013 and Paula refereed me to Kingsley and I am still waiting. So ABSA, HOW can we help you a better option or what? 2 weeks later and still no update on my rewards
