Absa has been debiting my account with the monthly absa rewards fee, and i have not received any rewards to date. As explained to the individuals whom i spoke to at the call centre I have been swiping my debit card at most absa rewards partners. Each time I contact the Absa rewards call centre they advise to investigate and get back to me, its been more then a month now and no one has gotten back to me (ref 785228).
I my view they are quick to debit my account with no rewards that follows. Can someone from Absa rewards contact me with explain why they are debiting my account and why I have not received any absa rewards since July 2012.
