Over a month now still no feedback

On the 9th of march i had an incident where 3000 was taken from my account and i laid a complaint they said they will investigate till now i haven't had any feedback also wanted to replace my card but they said they couldn't assist me because my permit is still pending with the home affairs... the branch manager asked me to bring the home affairs slip that proves I'm sill waiting for my permit and i did so and again still nothing from anyone... no feedback whatsoever... i would like to know whats happening
