Absa started sending me my credit card ststements via e mail.
Despite many e mails back to them, telling them I want paper, not e mail, I have been ignored.
I have threatened to take all my, and my wife's accounts to another bank if they don't comply with my request, but am just ignored.
I am now looking to change my bank after 20 years with them.
