My husband and I subscribed to the ABSA Rewards program in July 2005. When we wanted to use our Rewards points this year, none could find us on their system and there was no Rewards. This is despite a commitment from ABSA in 2005 that our Rewards points will never expire.
We have tried to resolve this issue with out any success for months now. There is no response from the ABSA Rewards division.
