I would like to thank Lebo service consultant in westgate that made assured me and was willing to assist to have my query resolved.there was on my account and the case was resolved.but i needed clarity on what happend on my account.so i decided to visit my nearest branch and i was welcomed by the service consultant by the name of lebo, although the systems were offline she made sure that i do get all my questions answered she even went out and helped with finding the account number on the ATM .then she printed the bank statement and explained every transaction on the statement clearly and patiently. cause i wanted to cancell my account and move it somewhere else.but all thanks to lebo and her patience and willing to hep she managed to retain me. Lebo thanks for a good service and hoping that the bank/management are aware of the service you give to the customers
