Paying for transactions

In march transactions were done on my account while i had the card with me. I reported the incident and all papers were submitted. On the 24 April, after fighting with Std Bank, i got an email from Sheldon Birkenstock to say that the transactions were reversed and the amount wouldn't affect me. Yesterday i went to ask for a bank statement because i wanted to close off the account, only to find that Sheldon was not telling the truth. Shocked, i was told to call the department, i went back to the office and called. Lebo Mohlaku said i should go back to the Branch. I drove back. Only to speak to Lebo again on the phone and he told me to wait for his call the following day - which is today at 8 am. Who is paying for all that petrol?? I have been waiting for his call email. This is unacceptable and i need my money to be paid back, all finance charges and monthly installments, including the petrol you caused me. I need to close this account now!
