I had a problem with my credit card. I spoke to 3 or 4 consultants before I got through to Randy Thompson. He was the only consultant that actually investigated what the problem was. Randy asked if he could phone me back because he wanted to find out if there was a way he could assist me. Randy called me back within 20 minutes and advised that he managed to resolve the problem and he phoned my branch to confirm if my new credit card was delivered. Randy is one of the few FNB employees I spoke to that day that truly lives by FNB's 'guiding principle' HOW CAN I HELP YOU?!
