3 Years ago a friend took out insurance on a scooter that she bought me.3 Months later it was cancelled.3 Weeks ago I went to the bank for statements. I had reversals from Outsurance. I never signed any contract nor did I give permission to debit my bank account. I immediately phoned Outsurance and spoke to Valerie, I was informed the policy was never cancelled; instead it was changed to my banking details. She said that I was contacted once but was unreachable. I was transferred to the manager who said he will find out what happened. He contacted me shortly and was told that the case would be investigated.2 weeks later I still haven't received any feedback and contacted Outsurance myself. I spoke to "Martin" and another person whose name I can't recall. I had to explain my story all over again. She ask me question about my scooter that was in July 2012.I was told to get a quotation and said that she will email me. I gave her all my info up until today I haven't received an email back. The following week I got fed up AGAIN so I phoned and spoke to Meon; who transferred me to Fifi who told me that her Supervisor will phone me. I have still not received any feedback. I want ANSWERS NOW!
