Consultant refuses to take up query

I have a Telkom account & arranged in Jan 2 have account paid via debit order. Last week, I realised I could not make calls and contacted the Telkom Accounts Dept and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with consultant Lebo. I was advised, that there was an amout oustanding as there was a limit on my d/o. I advised Lebo that I had received no c/pondence abt the account being overdue, no s/ments etc. She advised the system registered that the sms was undelivered a due to the postal strike, therefore no letters. I requested 4 her 2 send me a s/ment so could settle account. I am still WAITING for this s/ment to be e-mailed to me! I was advised that I would have 2 pay a reconnection fee. I requested for Lebo to escalate the query as I was NEVER advised the account was overdue. I advised her had called call centre twice b4 as I thought last month I had exceeded min allocated however the consultants assured me the account was in order. Lebo told me " There is no query and this is the first time I am calling" She literally called me a and said I need to inform her when, what time and who I spoke to" She indicated I wasted 20min & she was cuttin call. 2day got sms & 2 be hand over!!
