While waiting for response from bank

We had money taken out of our company card on 1st June 2013.. it took Standard bank section 45 minutes to pick up the phone... cell phone batteries went flat... while waiting for them to answer... during that time person withdrew R 5000.00 out of account.. we have been waiting for some feed back from Lebo Jan . we eventually got a reference today Ref 3251171... this morning we phoned business and we given another number to phone were on the phone for 30 minutes (011 2274905) eventually were cut off.. then tried credit card phone answered straight away. but he could not help .. have been holding on again for 30 minutes... What can we do to get help .. we have also spoken to LEBO JAN several times (Sandton City branch) Mrs Edelman also went into the bank STILL NOTHING!!! ACCOUNT IN NAME OF SANDOWN FURNITURE
