I called FNB to query multiple debits in my account and i was told that was a trigger debit for me to respond as i have had a loan with FNB and its overdue.
i explained that i spoke to an Agent whom i told i want to make an arrangement for payment but the agent just said to me "the account is overdue"
So Lebo said to me she would listen to the call and get back to me in 30minutes, its been a week now and i have had no cal from them and no voicemail
1.i know i owed the account but because i was not working anymore, i could not pay
2.i have never given anyone access to my bank account
3.Lebo said to me they will not stop debiting untill i have made arrangements with them
So this means FNB will do as they please with my Bank
it would be very much appreciated if someone can assist me resolve this problem
else i might as well close this account and bank with a devoted service provider who cares about my well being
