Incompetent Stuff screwing up my credit record

I was called by one of FNB's call centre agents, the lady first of all was very rude (i think she forget that without clients, she'd be jobless) any way FNB's stuff think they doing us a favour (this is realy not the first time). To cut a long story short, my account was debited on an incorect date, as a result, i now have an RD. I expect a letter of appology.
