CELLC IS SCREWING MY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN "LISTEN"

REALY CANT TAKE IT NO MORE you screwing my budget after your sales person to me about the moderm he was selling for 2g and pay R119 monthly, what sadly i mentioned countless time to him that i don't want that data bundle modem to be beyond that R119 for 2G when it finished it should STOP there no any other additional fees. HE TOLD ME IT WILL NOT first month you debited R498 second month R698 third month R798 while i called and explain to 4 of your consultants in different accessions not to debit my account NO MORE, coz of your dishonest about the product you sold to me. Only R119 SHOULD BE DEBITED for that 2G and i need that money to be credit back to my account, I called 3 times to your call centre i never get HELP and every consultant i have to mention my story OVER AND OVER which is so irritatating and all of them told me they have to log my complain that means this complain was logged 4TIMES, so tell me if your systems doesnt keep RECORDS and I'm still waiting for you to listen to the first CALL when your sales guy sold me that modem, it been 2MOTHS NOW with no solid answer, so does that means you can't trace that call or what? CANT TAKE IT .. 0731798859
