Avon zone managers give representitives bad servic

I HAVE CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH MY CREDITS, EITHER I CANT GET THEM DONE BECAUSE THE ZONE MANAGER CAN ONLY MEET YOU 1 DAY A WEEK AND NOT DURING LUNCH TIME.WHEN YOUR CREDIT IS FINALLY DONE WAY AFTER 4WEEKS, WHERE AS YOU TOLD ITS DONE 3-4WEEKS.WE AS REPRESENTITIVES HAVE TO TELL OUR CUSTOMERS WHY THEIR STUFF IS TAKING SO LONG TO BE CREDITED AND THAT THE MUST PAY FOR THE PRODUCT EVEN THOU ITS NOT THEIR FAULT AVON IS SELLING THEM BAD QUALITY STUFF OR SENDING THE WRONG STUFF.WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER THERE IS ALWAYS LOTS OF STUFF SENT SHORT, MOST TIMES YOU WONT GET THE PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY LWAYS OUT OF STOCK.
