Debited my account on the wrong date

Please note that im very dissaponted in Capite as they tried to debit my account on the 20th of March 2013 let alone i advised you that i get paid on the 23rd of each month now they charging me a returned fee of R28.27 for a returned amount due to insufficent funds, please rectify this and i need an appology letter stating that what you did was in error you are listing me as a Bad record payer, im not impressed and need the bank charge to be paid back into my FNB account.my name will appear as a bad payer whereas I requested nicely to be debited on my pay date.
