FNB INCOMPETENT

INCOMPETENT BANK!!!

I WAS CALLED TO UPGRADE MY CARD AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL NEED TO SEE MY GREEN ID BOOK FOR ME TO GET IT.

NOW WHEN THE COURIER CALLED THEY SAID THEY NEED ME TO HAVE (COPIES-FOR THEM TO TAKE WITH) OF MY ID AND PROOF OF RESIDENTS.

I TOLD THE GUY IF THAT IS THE CASE PLEASE CANCEL THE WHOLE THING,

I CALLED FNB, TOLD THE LADY THE STORY AND SHE SAID, (WELL IF YOU DONT WANT IT NO MORE, YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE BANK AND CANCEL IT)

NOW I WAS CONTACTED BY FNB, THEY CREATED THE NEED FOR ME TO TAKE OUT NEW CARD AND UPGRADE, TOLD ME WHAT I MUST HAVE AND I WAS FINE BY THAT,

NOW THEY WANT TO INCONVENIENCE ME, NO SIR!!

THEY ARE ALWAYS EASY AND EVERYTHING TO OPEN STUFF ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE BUT WHEN YOU NEED TO CANCEL STUFF, THEY REALLY MAKE IT HARD FOR YOU!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
