I ordered some stuff from Avon on 24 January 2013, paid up 31st January, was informed on 4th February my order had been sent to Elsburg Post Office, which I called and also called Avon and sent them e-mails to query their mistake and re-sent my address where the stuff should go to. To this date (19 February) Avon has not communicated clearly with me as to what is happening with my parcel nor delivered. And my clients really have taken their money back and what am I going to do with their stuff now. I am totally disappointed with them. And when I call them, I will be made to hold for a very long time and results really are not positive.
