I BANK WITH STEVE, HOW ABOUT YOU??? FNB HAVE OUTDONE THEMSELVES ONCE AGAIN, BROKEN A CONTRACT WITH THEIR CLIENT!!! IS IT THE LACK OF INTELLIGENCE OF THE STAFF AT FNB THAT MAKES THEM AS INCOMPETENT AS THEY ARE OR WHAT IS IT? I'M FINDING THIS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. MY LOAN CONTRACT STATES REPAYMENT DATE 30TH MONTHLY AND FNB HAVE MERRILY THE FUNDS OUT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, THIS BEING MY FIRST PAYMENT. FNB, WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT. AFTER NUMEROUS TELEPHONE CALLS, AND PROMISES OF COMING BACK TO US, GWEN, SHARON AND TWO MALE "SUPPOSEDLY" SUPERVISORS, WE ARE STILL NONE THE WISER AND STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE AFTER THEY HAD THEIR LONG FINGERS IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT. I DO EXPECT AN APPOLOGY LETTER AND COMPENSATION FOR THE ANGUISH, WASTE OF TIME, LOSS OF INCOME HAVING SPENT TWO AFTERNOONS CHASING MONEY AND ALL THE TELEPHONE CALLS. FNB ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT HERE WHICH GIVES ME ALL RIGHT NOT TO HONOUR MY CONTRACT WITH THEM DUE TO THEIR LACK OF COMPETENCE. NOBODY IN FNB SEEMS TO TAKE ANY KIND OF RESPONSIBILITY TO ACTION ANYTHING YET ALONE WANT TO LISTEN TO THEIR CLIENTS PROBLEM, CAUSED BY FNB. THIS MONEY WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO HAVE LEFT MY ACCOUNT!!!
