Hi Ashwell

I got a call from telesure telling me that my policy is not paid for January and when was talking to you on the 10th January 2013 you confirmed that my policy is up to date.

All the mistakes that you guys did on my policy gives my account/ Name a bad record. I need someone to rectify this as soon as possible
