Their claims paperwork is exhausting.my dad died on the sixth of April 2013.I had to pay R300.00 to the hospital to get the doctor to complete the claim forms and on the 12th of April 2013 I faxed the docs to clientele and didn't get any reply. I phoned them on the 15th of April 2013 to find out if they have received my docs only then did I receive a call from them but there was a problem regarding beneficiaries and the assessor said she will call me back.after that it was me who kept calling until I complained to them today, the 18th of April 2013.the assessor finally called me to tell me the same information she told me the first time she called, the only difference this time is that she told me something she should have told me then: to fax a certified ID and an affidavit of the second beneficiary. I don't think telling someone to fax these things would require four days to tell them. I've been with them for 11yrs now and I don't appreciate this kind of treatment from them. I'm cancelling my contract with them and would strongly discourage other people from taking up insurance policies with them. I have faxed the docs and phoned them... apparently they haven't received any docs yet.
