POOR SERVICE

I have a hospital policy with Clientele and my first premium of R402.00 was deducted on the 03.10.12. I spoke to Shfiek Abdullah one of Clietele consultants and he went through the whole procedure with me and he said he will send me documents to complete, which i have not received up to date. Spoke to Portia (15.04.2013) querying account. She will send docs to complete did not received it. Spoke to Monica (16.04.2013) gave her my correct new number as I gave a wrong digit to Portia yesterday. She confirmed that Portia did send docs and will receive them via email within 24 hours, I did not receive it either. Spoke to Marvin (26.04.2013) he said he will query this with the manager and the person that was suppose to send the doc. He said there is no need to cancel the policy he will sort it out and he will personally send it to me. I told him if I do not receive it today I will cancel the policy on Monday (29.04.2013). I did not have access to a phone or internet to cancel the policy on Monday. I want to CANCEL the policy and want a REFUND on the 7 payments of R402.00 WHICH WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! R402.00 X 7 = R2 814.00 is alot of money!!! I only received promises no action.
