I OFFICIALLY HATE FNB

I know hate is at strong word, but this is exactly how i feel about FNB! After everything they have put me through for the past two weeks. People dont fall for their lovely looking and sounding advertisments cause when you really need help they cannot help you. I used to always tell my friends and family to change to FNB not thinking that i would get such bad service from you people, i am making arrangements and will have my funds moved to a BEEP bank who will give me much more support and satisfaction than FNB can.

I purchased a smartphone In December 2012 within a month it started giving me trouble, i then called your call centre in the month of Feb 2013 and they advised me to take it to cell c, if you see my previous complaint about cell c and how long it took to get my phone back you would then understand my frustration. They had my phone for a month, that month i purchased BIS so i lost out there, and was without a phone. I got the phone back at the end of march with my instalments going through for a phone i didnt have which i think is really unfair. It is worse off now and all fnb can do for me is send it in for repairs the 2nd time without giving me a loan phone.
