Hi. I am Mr L Govender. I have 2 Hospital Plan Policies with Clientele Life- Policy No.'s 405145039 &; 405145580. I sent my hospital claims earlier. And Couriered my hospital files on 2013-12-04, Tracking no. TC 196585009ZA. I phoned the courier company on 2013-12-06 they confirmed that the parcel was delivered to clienteles postal address on the 2013-12-05. i phoned their office and was told they did not receive it. I phoned clientele again today and was put through 3 different people. the first one cut me off after telling me she cannot help me, i had to wait for as long as my hospital files took to get to the claims department. the second could not help me, and put me to the third. and was still told that they did not receive it. someone goes to the post office every day, and they still did not receive it. I phoned speed services again and was told it was definitely delivered on the 2013-12-05. and all this time i am phoning from my cell phone. i am in Durban and they are in Johannesburg. Tell me where is the service delivery? Why don't they tell us this when they sell us the policy? Other people must be aware of the kind of service one should expect when claiming.
