It's been 8 weeks trying to get claims documentation through tAIG life. Docs 1st emailed through to them early in August for which they claim they were not received. Then faxed to 011 551 8298. They said that my father's policy need to be captured 1st on their systems & a claim will be intimated telephonically. They said this process may take 7-14 days & will notify us (Agent name Charie call reference# 448211).
5 weeks later my father phoned, only 2 be notified he has to refax docs once again. On the 19/09/2013 I refaxed all docs 2 their claims department. Fax report confirmed fax was delivered
2day I called them (011 551 8000) spoke 2 Neh-ref# 460513 Only 2 be told that they have system problems & the fax was not received. Again the policy has to b loaded onto their system 1st and this process might take another 7-14 days, requested 2 b transferred to complaints dep, was given a number that goes straight to vmail.
Their service is pathetic .. they play hide n seek when coming to claims
