My brother died in October 2012 and we contacted Clientele and they checked on their system and were able to pick up his details and so they asked for method of sending Claim forms... 3 days later after no response called and they said they didnt receive docs, resent again and only after a month they tell us they can't pay as he hasnt been paying for 3 months but what's funny is that he was paid for hospital cover in August, and he died 2 months later... Could that not been explained from the beginning, thrice we called and resubmitted docs, you deceive people and funny you use well known reputable people to recruit. It's pathetic and it's. You people and it's not the first time this has happened. You have a bad name!!!
