I settled the student acc Jan 2011 and since then I have been receiving sms's saying the account is in arrears. I first faxed all the necessary docs to Karin Goliath 7 Feb 2011and she assured me that it will be fixed on the system. Since then I had to fax the same docs to her again at a later date. I then thought it will be settled. At the beginning of 2013 I got yet another sms about the account that is in arrears. This time I spoke to Natasha Martin and faxed the same docs yet again on the 14th of Feb 2013 and she said she will make sure that it will be settled. Today, 14 March 2013, I got another sms still saying my acc needs to be settled, I phoned Natasha and she told me I have to fax the same docs yet again, but now to Karin Goliath (again) since she settles the accounts. This really needs to be resolved.
