Bad Credit Card Limit Increase Applic. Experience!

Monday, 31 Dec. 2012 I applied for a Credit Card Limit increase. The call centre operator told me that I need to send them docs for this to be done (but take note that I did this in Nov./Dec. and my limit was increased without asking for any docs). I was quite surprised that I was suddenly asked for docs. Tried explaining to the operator about this. So I sent through my docs as requested which they said will be received within 24-48 hours. I waited until Wednesday 2 Jan. since it was a public holiday on 1 Jan. 2013. I was told that some of my docs does not meet some of the requirements, I was so angry because if I didn't follow up I would have waited forever! So I sent through some additional docs on Wednesday. Thursday I phoned AGAIN! I was asked some questions regarding my docs & finally said everything is in order she is sending it through to the credit card division for my limit to be loaded which will take 3-5 working days & I will receive a sms that my limit has been loaded. (Was put on hold for 10mins). I waited until 8 Jan still nothing. PHONED AGAIN! Only being told docs weren't right. So I send more docs, still nothing! So much airtime waisted! Really discussed in FNB!
