Poor service and passing the buck

I wright this report in wishes that i can get assistance from my bank whom has tossed me from pillar to pillar in the last 3-4 days. i went on line and completed a credit scoring app on think money website. after click next a second app popped up with an opportunity to qualify for a loan. i completed the form and submitted. i was pre qualified and i was asked to complete the first 4 pages of the contract and submit them and i did so. i was told i will have feedback within 48 hours and no one made contact with me until i followed up. i made a number of calls to them and i was always transferred to different departments and individuals to speak. finally they told me to fax them my proof of address of which i did that 3 times yesterday and also send it to the lady from think money she confirmed this morning that she did forward the proof of address 3 times to them and received a note this morning that they have received the proof of address and are now looking at the documents. yesterday i also got an sms which requested me to go to the nearest branch with my proof of address and id. i called in this morning and i spoke to duane and asked him if i dont have my id can i use my certifi
