Hi,

I requested for my card to be delivered today, when reception called me, they advised me that i should bring my ID and proof of address, i advised them that i dont have my proof of address but i can get a copy of my ID, delivery guy just decided to leave without seeing me even after i informed our reception that i will take my proof of address to the branch. I do not understand why my proof of address is a problem as this is the second card that was delivered to me and the first time i did not provide my proof of address but rather took it to the branch. I was not impressed at all with this as it is not my problem that he has "alot of deliveries to make", as per him.
