Incompetant staff and just can't open an account

In De I registered my cc and need a business bank account. I already have a loan at fnb and was recommended to use fnb apparently best bank. I am a partner in a business and do not have a direct lease agreement therefore no proof of address but on my cc registration papers the address is there. Nadine confirmed with me that all my paper work is finally in order after three month and I do not need a lease agreement since I am already a client of fnb. The courier collected documents received another call that all is in order and my card will be delivered to me on Friday 4 April 2013. I received my card which said Mev: E.J.Carsten even though I send through my divorce papers new id registered in E.J.Rautenbach signed every form as E.J.Rautenbach and my cc registered in as E.J.Rautenbach my card is in MEV.E.J.CARSTENS! An hour of receiving my card received an email saying my account will not be activated until proof of address is received. I did send a rent invoice but still not feedback. I have R10000 laying in that account I cannot access which is open in a wrong name. I phone fnb and was put through from one person to another held the line for 3 hours but no one could assist me!!
