FNB-HOW CAN YOU HELP THEM???

Hi,

I just opened an account with FNB about 2months ago and I want to close the account before even using it. Last month I asked for my account to be cancelled because I had a transaction I wanted to stop going forward and the only way to do was to cancel the account. And also to my surprise when I received my first statement and it showed that my account had a negative amount of about R-67. When I queried about it, I did not get a straight answer!

Now this is month 2 and this card/ account is CANCELLED mind you??? And the statement shows a balance of R-173??? For what exactly??? This looks more like a money making scheme than anything to me!

I really thought FNB was the best bank ever and it turns out to be the worst before I could even use it!

You've just lost a valuable customer and I'll spread the word!
