Friday I tried to withdraw R2800 from my account at an ATM. The transaction was cancelled and I received an SMS to say that the reversal was done. I then Proceeded to withdraw funds again. this time it was successful. Saturday morning I got an SMS to say my account is in arrears and I need to correct immediately and I am going to be charged. I checked the Transaction history and the reversal is not showing leaving me in a negative. Tomorrow I have money coming into my account and will not be able to use it as the negative balance will cancel it out. I need to have this sorted and cannot go into a branch
