Is it so hard to assist a custome

When swiping your card for a purchase you can see the money comming off your available balance so after a few swipes you will see a difference between current and available balance. My problem is even though the money comes off on my statement at a later date. This then puts my account in a negative almost every month. What is happening. How do I see it come off my account when I check my balance.

I have requested that someone call me regarding this but FNB as usual has ignored my query.
