Recently had a claim aganst M&F, the final documents were sent and after a few days I called m&f to find out if the claim was allocated to the advisor. Spoke to Phakamile who assisted and allocated the file to the team manager for me, althou the file was still in the new work, he was willing to assist and he was efficient.
I also called Puluchi today to request him to allocate same to the advisor, i was impressed when he informed me that he allocated the file yesterday already to Pinky who settled my claim today.
Iam impressed with these guy's efficiency and excellent service they gave me. Your TAT is also excellent. couldnt have asked for a better service. Shine on.
