I opened a Jet account in Tembisa last year and from that time i had been paying all my monthly installments. It came as a surprise in July 2012 that I had been subscribed for Jet Club & Partner Protection fee (when Idon't even have a partner), they deducted the fee for 6months all in one goal. When I asked them to reverse that transaction, I was told that they could not reverse it but instead cancel for future bills. It went on until October 2012 when i then went to the Birch Acres Mall Branch to pay my account and i enquired on what was being billed for and was told that Partner Protection fee was still appearing.
Early this month, i made a telephone call to the customer service and spoke to Abram who told me that my account was cancelled. I don't understand how they could have cancelled my account and yet I still have a balance owing on that account??? I have not received the detailed statement of my account from when i opened in March 2012 to date despite having asked for it from Abram.
Last week alone I received more than 2 phone calls from their customer service asking me if my details had changed. Don't they log the information when they call us the first time???
