Its terrible, we have been battling for 3 weeks to receive proceed documents from you. The attorneys is waiting for this document before registration can take place. Everyday when we following up, we hear the same story.. Sorry, we are waiting for documents from the attorney or we can follow with them 2 -3 days later. How is it possible that the attorneys have faxed all document 3 times already, but you do not receive anything? When calling the call centre I get no assistance, I get the impression that nobody really cares to assist us!!
All status reports for the faxes that was sent shows delivered! Everything regarding this transaction is not moving forward as your logo indicates, what is happening Standard BANK!!
Where is the urgency to complete a transaction and insure satisfied customers??
