Sold my property. Bond with Standard bank. Firstly the wrong bond cancellation attorneys were appointed. Only corrected after 1 month. Now, a signature is needed for the final cancellation of my bond. Nobody wants to take responsibly and Standard bank is again further delaying the complete process.
All parties is ready to submit to the Deeds office.
Standard Bank please wake up and sign the document so it can be sent to the cancellation attorneys and the process can be completed.
Can someone working in Standard Bank response and assist, as complaining to their "hotline" does not work.
