Still waiting for a response,

Moving forward, means being ignored.

This is the second Hello Peter complaint regarding the same matter; I am still waiting for a written document from Standard Bank Insurance indicating that their claim payout be reflected on a document and its derivative. (i.e indicate, "We plan on giving you F (x), where F (x)=y*x) Really Standard Bank Insurance, is it that hard? Not to throw you a curve ball, but indicate why?

It's surprising, how this insurer has no problem debiting my account monthly, but lacks the ability to compose a simple letter explaining all their points. I have written to you complaints department, recived a ref no:36617583.

It has been well over 10 weeks and counting and still no solution
