I went to the Cresta FNB branch after noticing that there is a company called WORLD TRADING CONSORTIUM debiting money off my acocunt since 'I DO NOT KNOW WHEN ' and I still need to get some old statements to see actually how long this went. I have only got the statements from last year August until now. I was not aware of that since I chose not to have my monthly statement to try to cut the bank costs. I love my bank (FNB) and they are financing my house, I was very happy with FNB until recently. And I would like to emphasize that I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED with the way some of the FNB employees handle the matters. I really do not think that Closing and reopening of the account will stop the people (other companies) to access their clients account details. I WANT THE FNB TO STOP LETTING PEOPLE ACCESSING OUR ACCOUNT . I also want them to do something about my account, I dont really want to close it. IT IS HASSLE! That will mean to change every thing e.g. insurances, Home Loan, etc. I do not understand why that has got to be my problems... I AM CRYING FOR THEIR HELP!
