I saw a Legal wise consultant on the 22/07/2013 and was referred to attorney the same day to take over my matter. The details regarding my case was discussed and the attorney agreed that my case is a matter of urgency as time is of the essence, they then advised that before they proceed they will have to get an approval from legal wise and they will submit the documents to them and make them aware of the urgency. Since then I never received a call from neither the attorney or legal wise I had to follow up with them and every time each of them responded by saying that they waiting for documents and that they have problems with their fax or email, since the 29/07/2013 the attorneys had issues with supplying legal wise with the documents and finally told me that they sent the documents through to legal wise in the week of the 05/08/2013, Now legal wise claims department say they received documents from the attorney but its not visible. Can the simplest thing to send and receive documents take 3 weeks this becoming a huge problem for me as i need to get a summons sent out or my time will laps.
