No Feedback at all!!!

Good Day,

We recently bought a house and applied for a home loan at standard bank as our previous bond was with them. On the application was stated that we wish to use attorney X who is on the board om attorneys with standard bank. Instead standard bank issued documents to attorney Y. Attorney X is our personel attorneys. I sent standard bank a fax on 02/04/2013 and a email to change attorneys. I phoned the call centre and spoke to supervisor on 04/04/2013. As We are paying for the cost of the attorneys we can spesify where documentation should go to. It's unacceptable that standard does not want to change this and after all the phone calls, fax
still no Reply
