I went into FNB Northgate on Saturday the 13th April 2013 and stood in the long queue with only two tellers.
I asked if I could cash my cheque, we could not because the company was not opened on Saturday. So they put it into my account. I requested special clearing because I needed the money for food. On monday I phoned to find out if this was being attended too and they said that they have not put special clearing on. It is now Wednesday the 17th April and I am still waiting for my money so that I can buy food... I have not eaten thanks to FNB. My wife and I are still waiting and phone constantly. I used to really love FNB, I am really disgusted with the service and nobody getting back to me.
I do not even have a R12.00 for bread.
