On the 2/04/2013 there was a debit on my account, even after sending NUMEROUS emails and clearly stated that I do not wish for this policy to commence.
Besides this fact I was charged a R130 from Fnb for the debit order bouncing.
I expect this to be paid by HOLLARD, this is a direct cause of instructions failling to be executed.
If this is not resolved in the next week, the latest 19 April 2013 I will be contacting the Ombud for Financial Service Providers
