We met up with friends for breakfast Monday 1st April 2013. (11 of us). 7 of us ordered milkshakes - only 4 arrived because the ice cream ran out. The waiter and manager thought this was funny. We did not. We received 3 cups of cold coffee - not even warm. We complained, got hot coffee but still got charged for 6! We were offered bottomless coffee, but after one glass the waiter remembered the special was over. He paid for the other cokes we had out of his own pocket. The manager was also not aware that the special was over. We ordered white toast with all our breakfasts but received half brown and half white toast with a piece of brown bread in the middle! Service was shocking in clearing of our plates and any extras ordered. Our legitamate complaints were treated as a joke. The restaurant was not even half full. It is clear that the waiter and manager urgently need extra training.
