I had an accident on the 24th February 2013 which was not my fault, today on the 16th April 2013 and Virgin have not repaired my car.
I just spoke with the floor manager at the repair shop (Authur at Elegant Square Panel Beaters in East London) and it does not sound like i will get my car this month, that means LONGER THAN 2 MONTHS with out my transport and I'm still paying the premiums for a car that I'm not driving and is parked at the panel shop.
Elegant Square seem to have way too much work from insurance companies and they cannot deliver within a reasonable time-frame. That is what Authur said to me the first time I phoned him.
I have tried contacting Nkululeku today on (011) 7100717. the line does not ring or reach any answering service.
Not sure who else I should contact. Maybe a message from Hello Peter might speed up the process. Shane Meyer from Telesure estimated the car can be repaired in one and a half weeks from getting the go ahead from Virgin Money Insurance. I laughed when I heard that because it took him 10 days alone to submit his insurance report.
Someone please contact me with positive feedback, 2 months seems a long time to repair a car.
