Virgin still NOT honouring their promices

On Friday 5 April 2013 I wrote:
I reported that the diamond in my wife's engagement & wedding ring broke in half. Without even contacting the jeweler / accessing the report from the jeweler / inspecting the diamond & ring in question, the claim for assisting in the replacement of the diamond was taken within a few MINUTES to refuse to accept the claim from me. The fact that my house contents of nearly a million rand is covered by them (that in a house worth 5million rand) was not even considered. An outright refusal took place within minutes after i reported the incident. They did not even have the valuation certificate or jewelers report in hand at all... yet refusal was instantly given to me. There is now a very serious doubt in my mind if I can trust them with the insurance of my 3x vehicles, 1x bushwagon/trailer and 1x caravan. Not to mention my house contents. Sir Richard Branson... your company is letting you DOWN!!!
And TODAY - 16 April 2013 ::: NOTHING was done. NO contact - NO phone call - NO e-mail - NO sms - NO fax - NO explanation ::: absolutely NOTHING was done.
